Each greeting-card generation costs 10 credits. New accounts receive 20 free credits, enough to create two cards.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if a generation fails?
When a confirmed technical failure occurs, the 10 credits used for that generation are returned to your account automatically.
Will my card look exactly as expected?
AI images include an element of randomness, so every result is unique and cannot be guaranteed to match an exact expectation.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear JPG or PNG that you own or have permission to use. Photos can be up to 8MB.
How long are my images kept?
Original uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Generated cards remain in Card History for 90 days so you can download them again.
Are credit-pack purchases refundable?
Credit packs are digital content delivered immediately, so purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review our Terms before buying.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Oh My Greetings does not store your card details.
